Volunteers

God’s hand has been upon Expression causing it to extend into the Tallahassee Body of Christ and the community.  It is very exciting and overwhelming to think about!  Because of this, we need to start organizing volunteers as soon as possible to prepare for what God plans to do at this year’s gathering.

We are encouraging every person who has volunteered at Expression in the past to bring a friend with you who is willing to volunteer.

This gathering could not take place without willing volunteers like you. If you haven’t been apart in the past, you will be completely amazed at how God unites our spirits as we color the world with His love!

Below is a list of the levels of involvement we are looking for:

Team Leaders

These are individuals who can volunteer from now until Expression.  They will be responsible for heading up an assigned area, coordinating/assigning/scheduling volunteers for their assigned area, and managing this area during Expression.  It may require meetings with the Expression Coordinator as well as holding meetings with your volunteer team prior to the gathering.  Level of involvement: Medium to High.

Planning/Organization

These are individuals who are good at administrative type duties and organizing small projects.  Their involvement leading up to Expression is scheduled, as needed, and heavy involvement is needed the week prior to Expression and during the gathering.  Level of involvement:Medium to High

General Volunteer

These individuals are available to help in any area and have flexible times of availability.  This is for those who desire to help in whatever way needed but do not desire to be a Team Leader.  They can volunteer leading up to the event and during the entirety of the event.  Level of involvement: Medium

Event Volunteer

These individuals are only available during the weekend of Expression.  You will be assigned to a team based on your area of interest and availability.  Level of involvement: Low to Medium

  • Ballet Magnificat!
  • Bookstore/Guest Product
  • Greeters
  • Parking
  • Stage Managers (Indoor/Outdoor Stage)
  • Vendor Registration & Hosts
  • Set-Up & Tear Down
